Broken up into three sections – Improving Workflow, Tracking Sales and Digital Marketing, “Optimize your Business, Maximize your Technology” is a fast-paced, half-day seminar that will provide attendees with tangible tools they can implement immediately to improve their own businesses.

Presented by Interpreting Technology and ProFound Impact, speakers will share their insight about tracking sales to improve margins using business reports, digital marketing and social media tools and ways to use technology to improve everyday workflow.

Optimize Your Workflow and TechnologyAdrian Santangelo, Interpreting Technology, Owner will present a range of topics as it relates your everyday workflow and the use of technology. As part of that discussion he will address your every day security concerns, backups, compliance, and protecting your important files from the most serious security threats.

Tracking Sales and Improving Margins – Regardless your skillset beginner or intermediate, your accounting software is robust and you’re likely underutilizing it. Chris McGee, ProFound Impact, Business Coach and QuickBooks Expert will show you how to maximize your software, dive into your business reports as use them as a tool to track your sales and improve your profit margins.

Digital Marketing – It’s our collective belief that every business should have a digital component included in their marketing strategy.

Lisa Zehm, ProFound Impact, Marketing Representative will detail content marketing strategies, review Google’s AdWords and Analytics as it relates to SMBs, and share how she maximizes social media platforms Twitter and LinkedIn to generate leads and convert those leads into sales.

Pamela Santangelo, Interpreting Technology, Owner will share her experience using Facebook for Business, Video Marketing, Tips and Trends and her favorite subject, Online Reputation Management.

Coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit & pastries will be provided upon arrival and a light snack of meat, cheese, crackers, vegetables will be offered during break.
