Reconciling Payroll Fees in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

If you’re using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and have subscribed for payroll, you may be having trouble reconciling your payroll fees. They are not automatically recorded in the online version of QuickBooks. You will have to manually record them. (Note: we recommend you consult with an accounting professional how to best record your payroll fees.)
